Pestline has made my work in the pest control field much easier. However, I do feel a bit disappointed with one of the Pestline staff who dealt with me using harsh language. As a customer, I’m not asking to be treated like a king, but I was deeply hurt when a staff member used such offensive words. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but at the very least, an apology should be offered. That is the only feedback I wish to give. I hope this kind of incident will not happen again. I'm client of Pestline for the last few years. Last few months, they have started a full comprehensive range of pesticides from Hextar, a public listed company. They offered a wide selection of active ingredients at a very reasonable pricing and value for money. We are extremely happy with the preformace of the products and application equipments.
